A.The Silver Package includes your choice of an indoor or outdoor photo session, but not both.

B. The Gold Package includes both an indoor and outdoor photo session, but only if both sessions can be held back-to-back on the same date, and weather permitting.

1. A unique digital creation is an image made from one or more photos with significant digital enhancements. (e.g., selective colorization, image overlays, collages, etc.)

2. Our wallets are of the highest possible quality. They are bevel-edged, textured, and foil stamped in gold or silver with your name and graduation year. You may select up to two different poses to be used as your wallet prints at no additional charge. If you want to use more than two different poses for your wallet prints, each additional pose over two will cost an additional $15 setup fee.

3. Prints include digital touch-ups and blemish-removal at no additional charge.

4. Slideshow CD contains high-resolution digital images from your photo session. A custom application written just for Gore Photography is on the CD and will automatically present a slideshow or help you copy your photos to your computer.

5. Your wallets are professionally presented in a black, leather-bonded case with a magnetic closure. It makes a great way to safely transport your wallets.

* The Intimate Package is designed for those having a small and quick wedding. (i.e., Courthouse weddings, weddings held at a private residence with small attendance, etc.) If your wedding is average or larger, then this package does not apply to you.

A. Engagement / Bridal sessions included with the Princess or Fairy Tale packages include either an indoor photo session or an outdoor session, but not both.

B. Travel distance is calculated as the distance from Logan, WV to the wedding location plus the distance from the wedding location to the reception location. If travel distance exceeds the allotted distance for your package, an additional $1.00/mile will be added to your package price.

1. If your package includes it, you get your choice of an engagement or bridal session to be scheduled prior to your wedding day.

3. "Save the Date" cards can be provided to your guests as a reminder of your wedding date.

If you have a copyright release form, you can use the CD to create duplicate prints using the print service of your choice.

5. A copyright release form grants you permission to create duplicates of your prints using the print service of your choice.

6. Travel distance is measured from Logan, WV to your wedding location plus the distance from the wedding location to your reception location.

7. Photographer(s) will cover your wedding and reception until all formalities are completed.

8. Unless your package has a limit, we will take as many special request photographs as you wish. (e.g., "Bride's mother with Groom's mother.") To make this process quicker and easier, you should provide us with a written list of your special requests prior to the wedding. We can provide you with a sample list to get you started.

9. Prior to the start of your wedding, we will take as many photographs of your wedding party, family, and friends as possible. This will reduce the time it will take following the wedding, so that you can get to your reception as quickly as possible. We will also be sure to capture everyone getting ready for the wedding, especially the bride.

10. Following the wedding, non-traditional and fun photographs of the bride and groom, wedding party, family, and friends will be taken. Any remaining special request photos or missed photos can be taken at this time. Weather permitting, these can be indoor and outdoor shots.

11. If your package includes it, we can setup a backdrop at your reception for everyone to use. Most of your guests will bring their own cameras, but its always a good idea to pass around a few disposable cameras at your reception. You never know what priceless moment someone may capture! A backdrop setup will give your guests a place to take fun photographs that will turn out great!

12. Our leather-bound photography albums are beautiful and of the highest quality.

13. If your package includes it, we will provide you with Slideshow CDs that you can give to your wedding party, family, and friends.

Special Additions

A. All children and family packages include your choice of either indoor or outdoor photographs, but not both.

B. (25) "Thinking of You" Cards with the child's name, date, and age. These are designed to be mailed out to family and friends. Envelopes are included. This allows you to share your photographs without giving up your prints.

C. (25) Baby Announcements, (25) Engagement Announcements, or (25) "Mommy-and-Me" or "Daddy-and-Me" Cards, depending on the type of package ordered. This allows you to share your photographs without giving up your prints.

D. (25) "Thinking of You" Cards from your children, or (40) Family Cards for any holiday such as Christmas or Easter.

E. (50) Holiday Cards, (50) "Our Family" Cards, or (2) Additional 8x10 Prints of your choice.

1. The Little Angel Package is developed for a child or individual only. The photographs include both traditional and non-traditional poses. We want our session to be fun as our goal is to capture the child's true personality.

2. The Together Forever Package is designed for two children, a parent and child, or a couple (e.g., engagement). This package is also considered our maternity package. The photographs include both traditional and non-traditional poses. We strive to capture the love between a parent and child, siblings, and our engagement couples. In this package, we photograph the the subjects together as well as individually.

3. The Three Peas In a Pod Package is designed for a child with two parents, three children, or three subjects of choice. This package includes traditional and non-traditional photographs. We photograph all three subjects together as well as individually.

4. The We Are Family Package is designed for a family larger than 8, but no more than 12. This package is a great gift for a family to share. We spend up to four hours with your family both indoor and outdoor. We photograph the family as a whole as well as "families within the family". We photograph children together, parents together, and grandparents. Basically, we are your personal photographer for the day to capture timeless moments of you and your family.
